By creating an account on ApiTanpaSensor (apitanpasensor.com) or using the API, you accept these terms.
Services
We provide an OpenAI-compatible chat-completions API for one hosted language model. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability.
Your account
You are responsible for your API key and everything done with it. Regenerate the key if it leaks.
Acceptable use
You must be an adult. You must not use the API for anything illegal in your jurisdiction, generate child sexual abuse material, harass others, or attack systems you do not own. We may suspend keys used in such a manner.
Billing
Usage is calculated per token from the prepaid balance at the prices shown on the pricing page. Free trial credit expires 7 days after registration. Prepaid credit never expires.
Refunds
Credit is non-refundable. Credit is prepaid credit to use the API. After payment is added to your account, the payment is final and non-refundable.
Credit never expires, so whatever you pay does not disappear. Prepaid credit stays in your account until you use it, whether that is tomorrow or a year from now.
The only exception: if we cannot provide the service. If the API does not work for your account and we cannot restore it, we refund the credit you could not use in the same stablecoin you used to pay, to the wallet address you provided us in writing.
Errors are always fixed. If you pay and the credit does not appear, or a top up is charged twice, contact us via the Support page with transaction details and we will fix it. This is not a refund request, and there is no time limit for this.
Free trial credit is free and intended to try the API. This credit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and expires 7 days after registration.
If you live in the EU, EEA, or UK and buy as a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.
Independence
ApiTanpaSensor is an independent service. Other company and product names appear on this site only to explain compatibility or for comparison and belong to their owner.
Changes
We may update prices and these terms; the latest version is always on this page.
